CHENREZIG PUJA
I gained access to this meditation when I began attending classes on Buddhism at the Dharma Center in Paia a few years ago.
Lama Tenzin would lead us in Tibetian and we would recite in English. His chanting filled the room and was distinct in the way his voice sounded. The meditation goes on for six pages.
